Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Build your plan, create your account, and run your yard 100% free for 7 days; your subscription only starts after the trial, and you can cancel anytime before then and pay nothing. No demo call required.
Do you charge per truck or per user?
Neither trap. Plans are flat per company. Driver seats are always free — their photos, scans, and tickets are what make the system smart, so we'd never tax them. Extra office seats are a cheap add-on.
Is the booking portal extra?
No, and it never will be. Online booking and payment acceptance drive your revenue and ours — paywalling them punishes growth. They're in every plan.
What does payment processing cost?
Card processing runs on Stripe at standard processing rates plus a small platform fee. No monthly gateway fee, no statement fee, no PCI fee.
How do I get my data in from my old system?
With the Switch Kit — download our CSV templates, walk the guided import wizard, preview everything, and undo any batch. Most operators switch themselves in an afternoon, free, on every plan.
What if I do both dumpsters and junk removal?
That's the Combo plan — both workflows, one board, one customer list, $249/mo (cheaper than two tools that don't talk to each other).
Is there a contract?
Month to month, cancel anytime. Your data exports freely (CSV + QuickBooks formats) — we keep customers with the product, not the exit fee.
